Rebecca E. Smith

Beckie Smith is an Advising Founder of Harbor Solutions and Services, an organization dedicated to equip, encourage and enable individual, organizational and public policy initiatives that result in holistic living.

Beckie has over 25 years of human resources experience in the health care distribution, financial services, not-for-profit and professional services industries. Her experience has included working at the senior levels of organizations to build human resources functions, rightsize organizations resulting from mergers and acquisitions, work with organizations to align, develop and coach people to produce business success.

Prior to her current role in consulting, Beckie held the Chief Human Resources Officer partner role with a national accounting firm. Additional regional and national generalist roles were held at Ernst and Young LLP where she was on the national team to outsource benefits, and was part of the transition team during the merger of American Hospital Supply Corporation with Baxter Healthcare Corporation.

Beckie holds a B.S. degree in Education from Greenville College and a Masters in Education from Indiana University.
