David J. Smith

Dave Smith is an Advising Founder of Harbor Solutions and Services, an organization dedicated to equip, encourage and enable individual, organizational and public policy initiatives that result in holistic living.

Dave’s experience includes working with several Fortune 500 firms including interaction at the highest executive levels and serving the Board of Directors at both Motorola, Inc. and Delta Air Lines, Inc. in matters concerning executive compensation and development.

Additionally, Dave’s extensive background in HR includes benefits, training, HR technology, recognition and compensation programs of all types and for all levels of the organization, including international.

Currently, Dave is the Vice President of Human Resources for AGL Resources, Inc. which continues his work at the most senior executive levels and with the Board of Directors of that firm.

• North Point Community Church – member of the leadership team for the 2 to1 Marriage Mentoring program with special focus on step families

He is a graduate of Indiana University and St. Francis College, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in behavioral sciences and a Masters degree in human resources.
